Sgt "Shorty" decided to go out in style... Veterans DayGrandpa Swenson was always the life of the party. He was the shortest soldier and ended up with the nickname Sgt Shorty. He was always telling us stories about serving his country. He was a chef for 300 soldiers while he was in Korea and they would always say, "Sgt, that was some gooooood eatin" Bob continued to say this at every dinner throughout his life. He was such a good person, always thinking of others, a great example, and showed so much love.
We will miss you grandpa!
