We decided to potty train. We made a sticker chart and it was a success. 

 In the middle of potty training Madden got a nasty virus. He fevered, and would tell me he was chilly. He wanted to sleep all day and I had to hold him or cuddle with him all night.

Thank heavens, he started feeling better by Thanksgiving. We drove to Utah and spent the holiday with the Palmers. We had such a great weekend. We ate a fantastic meal, bowled, shopped, and visited with some great friends. 

 Coloring was a big deal this week. Madden wanted to color with Grandpa all day. Dorothy and her sister Lilian took a liking to it too.

 Madden got a "stripe" but he really did get a strike.

He also wanted to pull Emily around the bowling alley.

We made it home and decided to take advantage of this beautiful weather. We went to see the train, and throw rocks in the water. We have had a pretty crazy November but we made it!
