Spring

Hogle Zoo!!!!

Adrianne, Bryson, Brevin and Kesler invited us to the zoo!

Nate got on the scale to see if he weighs the same as a baby elephant. (he does)

he was hiding but we still sang the school song and Nate did his famous Cosmo cougar growl.

The weather was so incredible. I don't know how anyone can complain about spring. It was so fun to get some bronze, or pink in Nate's case. The zoo was popular that day and well worth it because the animals were all out, sunshine was out, and a really fun day out.

My favorite parts were the Apes, and Giraffes. They are so funny to watch. Those monkey's really know how to put on a show!

Next we headed to Sugarhouse Park to fly some kites. I haven't flown a kite in a really long time but it was a blast. The boys did such a good job. We only hit one person when the kite was tumbling from the sky but he deserved it. Nate said he stole our wind, he really did crowd our space so we didn't feel too bad. It kept a smile on Nate's face for about an hour.

Kesler would get his kite really high, to where there was no string left to spare and then come have a seat with his mom. He would just hand out with us on the ground and keep a tight hold on his kite. We also fed a lot of ducks and seagulls. Who knew they would eat granola bars and string cheese. It was such a fun day, Thanks sister for coming down even though you feel miserable.
